Ryan Cole has worked in the construction industry since 1989 and is a second-generation construction professional. He has personally managed construction projects from commercial, townhomes, high-end residential, and single-family homes which include; Subways, Dunkin Donuts, Medical Plazas, Retail Centers, Paintball Adventures, Giordano's Pizza, State Farm, Jessica's Family Restaurant, Ram restaurant, Dart Logistics, Health Facility, and Prudential Realty.
Overall has been responsible for the building of over 500 building projects and 15 Land Development projects. Ryan has successfully managed the construction of all building types, including residential, commercial, healthcare, surgical centers, hotels, and non -profit. He has oversight and gives direction to the Construction Managers and operational staff.

Paul Purcell is a third-generation construction and development professional with more than twenty-five years of experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, and land development projects. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, he worked alongside his father—owner of Purcell Construction, a commercial general contracting firm operating for over forty years—developing a practical, execution- driven understanding of construction, cost control, and project delivery. Paul has founded and led multiple companies in the structured cabling and lowvoltage construction sector, completing large-scale institutional and commercial projects for public school districts and private clients throughout the Houston region.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from FSU where he graduated as a Salutatorian. His background includes senior project management, estimating, operations leadership, and the successful turnaround and reopening of a hospital facility following foreclosure. Holding an AAS in Accounting from Rock Valley College and certified in Internal Control & Fraud Prevention through AIPB, Natasha Pickett is a strategic operations leader with a strong background in accounting, compliance, and organizational development, bringing visionary leadership to the renewable energy sector. Since helping launch her company in 2006, Natasha has overseen day-to-day operations while guiding long-term growth through strategic planning, financial oversight, and performance-driven business metrics.
